SenseBulb simulation view on MIcrosoft Windows Vista on Sidebar
SenseBulb activiity is sent to the pc via radio, e.g. WiFi. Alerts can also be sent via email or SMS messages. Below is an example of SenseBulb "data at a glance", seen as a Windows Sidebar. It is similar to a gambling slot machine. The icons show activity in the home, e.g. "cooking". The background indicates a safe or alarm condition, red = danger, amber = take care, green = safe. The roll bar only updates when there is a significant event along with clock time.
Example Icons below from MSN Messenger.
